I've been working on trying all different approaches over the last 10 years to not only get myself and clients into shape but also keep the results. I've tried all the diets you can think of for a good amount of time to really experience all approaches for myself. This is the same with training routines and different training principles. Not only has this given me a wealth of experience in dropping body-fat, retaining/building muscle and improving my fitness levels but it has also allowed me to learn by trial and error how to incorporate it into my lifestyle. Becoming a dad completely changed my life when it come to being able to train and keep on top of my diet. It become a lot harder but also provided me with the knowledge of knowing i was probably doing too much before to actually get the progress i was looking for. We all get stuck in the more is better attitude but for most of us this isn't actually possible and negatively effects other aspects of our life. Now I've realised that living a lean, healthy and balanced lifestyle can be the best decision you make. It has completely changed my life and that's why i'm putting all of my information in one place for others to learn from my achievements and mistakes. My goal is to save you time and give you a realistic approach for you to maintain your goal physique and live The Lean Lifestyle.
